Reviews & feedback
Where reviews come from and why they can’t be faked.
Reviews come only from real, completed orders — after a buyer confirms delivery they can rate the seller from 1 to 5 stars with Send Feedback on the order.
Genuine by design
Because every star rating is tied to a confirmed order, ratings can’t be fabricated — which is exactly why buyers trust them.
Respond to issues fairly and quickly; a smooth resolution often turns a shaky order into a 5-star review.
