Prohibited behaviour
What will get a seller penalised or removed.
These break buyer trust and the platform’s protection model:
- Taking payments or moving buyers off-platform.
- Selling fraudulent, stolen, recovered or duplicate goods.
- Misrepresenting a listing (rank, items, region, delivery speed).
- Manipulating ratings, reviews or the dispute process.
- Harassing buyers or staff, or sharing buyers’ personal/order data.
