Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GodOfBoost — the website, the marketplace and every service on it. By creating an account, placing an order or listing a product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Platform rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GodOfBoost.

1. About GodOfBoost

GodOfBoost is a marketplace where independent sellers offer game accounts, items, currencies, top-ups, boosting and coaching to buyers. Unless a listing is sold by the official GodOfBoost store, GodOfBoost is not the seller: we run the platform, hold the payment and step in when something goes wrong.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account — unless we approve otherwise.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication.
• Tell us straight away through support if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Buying on GodOfBoost

• Prices are shown before checkout. No payment method adds a processing fee — see Payment methods & fees.
• Your payment is held by the platform, not sent to the seller, until you press Confirm Delivery — or until the order auto-confirms 24 hours after delivery.
• Check what you received before confirming. Confirming releases the payment and ends standard buyer protection for that order.
• Problems must be raised through the order (Cancel order or Open money dispute) before the payment is released.

Refunds, when approved, are credited to your GodOfBoost wallet. The full rules are in the Refund & cancellation policy and Buyer protection.

4. Selling on GodOfBoost

Selling requires an approved seller application. Sellers agree to the seller guides in the Seller Center — including listing accuracy, delivery windows and the payout rules — on top of these Terms. Sellers are responsible for having the right to sell what they list and for any taxes on their earnings.

5. Wallet, plans & payments

• Your wallet holds top-ups, refunds and credits. Wallet balance isn’t a bank account, earns no interest and can only be used as described on GodOfBoost.
• Paid plans (PLUS, PRO, MAX) are bought from your wallet, run monthly or yearly from purchase and auto-downgrade to BASIC at expiry unless renewed — see Plans & insurance.
• Faster support priorities (High, Urgent) are charged from your wallet when you open the ticket.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on completed, delivered orders may lead to the account being restricted while we investigate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Pay, trade or move a conversation outside GodOfBoost to avoid fees or protection.
• Commit fraud, file false disputes or abuse chargebacks.
• Sell or buy stolen, recovered, duplicated or otherwise unlawful goods.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users or our staff.
• Manipulate ratings and reviews, scrape the site, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Use GodOfBoost for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

You can disable or delete your account at any time from Settings — see Recovery, disable & delete. We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Platform rules, puts other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you why. Balances on a closed account are handled according to the outcome of any open review.

9. Disclaimers & liability

• GodOfBoost is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Sellers are responsible for their listings and deliveries. Our responsibility for a purchase is the protection described in these Terms and the help center.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we’ll let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using GodOfBoost after the change means you accept the new Terms.
