Refund & cancellation policy
When you’re eligible, how to request a refund, and where the money goes.
Every order is buyer-protected: your payment is held by GodOfBoost and only released when you confirm (or after the 24-hour auto-confirm). That hold is what makes refunds possible — so the key rule is: don’t confirm until you’re happy.
When you’re eligible
- The order was never delivered, or the seller is unresponsive.
- What you received doesn’t match the listing (wrong rank, missing items, invalid credentials).
- The account or item stopped working through no fault of your own shortly after delivery.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
When a refund usually won’t apply
Generally no refund once you’ve confirmed delivery and it works as described, if the problem was caused by your own actions (e.g. sharing the credentials or breaking the game’s rules after delivery), or for change-of-mind on an instant item already delivered.
How to request
Cancel the order
Use Cancel order with a reason — reviewed by our team; if approved you’re refunded to your wallet.
Or open a money dispute
If it’s already delivered or the seller won’t cooperate, use Open money dispute to bring in our team.
Refunds land in your wallet, instantly reusable. Full mechanics in Cancelling an order and Disputes & resolution.
Can I get a refund to my card?
Refunds are issued to your GodOfBoost wallet to keep them instant and reusable. From there you can request a withdrawal if needed.
How long does it take?
Wallet refunds appear as soon as the cancellation or dispute is approved; the review time depends on the case and your ticket priority.
