Order statuses explained
What every status tag means and how an order moves through its lifecycle.
After you pay, your order moves through a clear set of stages you can follow in My Orders and on each order’s page.
paidPayment is confirmed and held safely by the platform. The seller can begin fulfilment.
completedDelivered and confirmed. Payment has been released to the seller.
pendingPayment has not completed yet. Finish paying to move the order forward.
cancelled / refundedThe order was cancelled or refunded — funds are returned to your wallet.
Two more states show up occasionally: In Progress while a seller is actively preparing or delivering your order, and Paused when an order is on hold pending a check — support or the seller will keep you posted.
Instant items skip ahead
Instant products — like account upgrades — are fulfilled immediately and jump straight to Completed.
