Billing & renewal
Plans run monthly or yearly from purchase and auto-downgrade to BASIC at expiry unless renewed. Upgrading mid-term credits your current plan’s value toward the new one.
How do I pay for a plan?
Plans are purchased from your wallet balance — top up first if needed.
What is purchase insurance?
It’s extended coverage on eligible purchases for the tier’s duration (90 days / 365 days / unlimited), on top of the standard protection every order already has.
