Buyer protection is built into every order — you don’t have to opt in.

How it protects you

Your payment is held by the platform, not sent straight to the seller.
It’s released only when you Confirm Delivery (or after the 24-hour auto-confirm).
If something’s wrong, you can cancel or open a money dispute before releasing funds.

The one thing that ends protection early is confirming delivery, so only confirm when you’re satisfied.
